What should I do this afternoon and evening?

Poll question: What should I do this afternoon and evening?

I have many hours free - yay! thank God! - and need to know what to do. I don't often get chunks of time this large without something already being planned or really needing to be done, and I am at a loss for what to do... and while there are things that I *could* be doing work-related, I'm just not sure that I feel like doing them. And I'm not sure if I feel like leaving the house, or even getting out of my pajamas today.

I could go to a movie, though being saturday, it's probably full.

I could go out for lunch, but I'm not sure I feel like it. But, I also don't really feel like cooking...

1. Short walk, then paint.

you build a hybrid of the 'just hang out' option by adding a arid Martini, and to enhance your ability to ride the high horse, do 15 minutes of housework. (Set a timer, - 15 minutes tops.)

Perhaps I don't need to feel that I need to do ALL the housework, just the fifteen minutes of it.

Hmmm... Zappa's "Torture Never Stops" from YCDTOSA Vol. 1 clocks in at just over 15 minutes... ala "Hudson Hawk", I could clean to that music!

I really am feeling a need to do a painting, though, too.

That's why I have free time.

It's a bveautiful day, so the nature hike might be a good idea. Except that it's beautiful while being, just abotu zero degrees. Maybe a short walk. :-)

the zero degrees thing sucks, though, I must say. I can understand why that would be a bit daunting.

;) I spend a lot of my day in communication with my kids....however, that doesn't necessarily mean I have any "authority". (chuckle, chuckle)
