Our Super Bowl party got cancelled -- time to SCRAMBLE!

Super Bowl fever is alive and well in all areas of Western Washington -- that is, all areas that are not the Monroe Galaxy 12...It seems the NFL yanked their license to broadcast the game at the last minute, so we are now going to a friend's house for the big spectacle. Since the friend is nice enough to let us come over and watch her big screen TV, we went to the store to bring food. It's only fair.

Grocery stores here must be doing the business of a lifetime. We're also happy to report that we scored a cake decorated with the Steelers' insignia -- with a big red line through it!

Hopefully, we'll be back online later, after the Seahawks are Super Bowl champions! :woohoo:

GOOD bottle of champagne for post-game celebrating ;-)

avocados to make guacamole
Hebrew National hot dogs, brats and buns
soda
cake
