I totaled my car yesterday

Doesn't that suck!?! I rear-ended a guy and his car isn't even scratched. That is what happens when a car hits an SUV!! I am okay and so is the guy that I hit. But boy does it suck! I just got a lot of things fixed on my car and now they are all demolished. But I am thankful everyone is okay! I am not really going to be able to post this week. Still out of town!! :hug: :hi:

Sorry about your car. I rear-ended somebody a few years ago and about totaled my car and theirs was not even scratched after we brushed all my car pieces off of their bumper.

I was on the other end of that a few years ago (I have an S10 blazer) and was rear ended. I was really paranoid about people rear-ending me after that for a while.

21. Yeah, I felt a little pissed off this morning, but only at myself.

It was a situation where everyone slammed on brakes. I was the unlucky one who didn't react fast enough I guess (as was the guy I slammed into)!! Luckily for me he didn't jump out screaming his neck was hurt! He was a super nice guy. Whew!

24. Your insurance company acted surprisingly quickly

A friend was hit by an SUV a month ago and the insurance company took 3 weeks to make a decision, and two weeks for the body shop to fully assess the damages.

25. Well the body shop said it was totaled. Insurance has not sent

a guy out to look at it, but the body shop said the damages were beyond what it is worth. They already did the estimate. Insurance is still pending of course!



On edit, I have a friend at the body shop. That helps!!
