I slept from 7pm to 9:30pm tonight. Luckily, I work from home. Sleeping until noon is cool.

2. Happens to me all the time

My naps used to be around 1 1/2 to two hours. In the last month or so they've jumped to around three, like the one I had today.

Thus do I take a Tylenol PM about an hour before I want to go to bed.
