What was that final scene with Sharon? Was that the dead sharon come to life? Or the in-prison-pregnant Sharon?

What was I supposed to learn from that final scene that lasted a short time, and which I looked away and caught only the last moment of seeing her lying down and smiling on what appeared to be a gurney?
