I highly recommend it, if you have not seen it. It is the story of Alice Paul and the struggle for women's suffrage. Especially recommend it to any young woman who says she is "not a feminist". It was devastatingly powerful and uplifting. And the parallels to today are simply amazing.
3. I never have, I always have this great feeling inside after I vote.
But today when the credits rolled it hit me like a bolt of lightning. I am appalled that so many Americans ( of either sex) do not vote and don't know why that is a problem. This film should be required viewing for high school students.
