My S.O.'s own creation -- sauteed boneless chicken breasts, topped with pepper jack cheese and portobello mushrooms.

17. Well, he's not very good about measuring
But he sautees the boneless breasts and the portobellos mushrooms in olive oil, white wine and rosemary (not too much rosemary)
Then when the breasts are cooked, he just slaps sliced pepperjack cheese on the top of them, and puts the portobellos from the pan on top of that.

We usually boil up some egg noodles to serve with it, and maybe a salad

Nice and easy, plus they're tasty.

18. I was going to make my traditional V-Day cheesecake
A marbled vanilla/chocolate affair with a berry coulis -- but I've still just some traces of the flu so I think it's going to have to wait a week or two.

This makes me sad.
