Is your furry family member a freak?
Do you have a cat/dog who thinks they are a dog/cat?

Tell us all about it.

My big orange cat, Cider, does something really strange. After the bath water is run he will run in and stand on my leg and start drinking my water. Even if the water is too hot for me he will still slurp it down. I can put him back on the floor but he jumps right back up again.

Bailey, our beagle-lab mix, lays on the couch with his head on my lap. Then a few minutes later his head will be on my other leg. A few minutes after that he'll move over a bit more until he's laying across my lap, all stretched out.

So, there you have it. The two freakiest members of my family.

What about yours?

1. My cat has started to stand behind me on my chair while I'm
at the computer, put his paws on my shoulders, watch the computer screen over my shoulder and meow.

2. my oldest dog
sorta mopes around like she is depressed, except when we are going on walks or when my dad or niece (or anyone else probably, but those two are the top) are visiting or being visited.

3. Althea will come up to me while I'm working on the computer, sit
at my feet and meow, then walk to the door of the study, then meow again, get me to follow her, then go up to the refrigerator door, meow at me again and paw at the fridge until I get her a treat :P

That said, your Bailey is one darn cute pup :P

5. When my big Dane wants attention, he starts throwing paws like
his name is Cassius. He has NO idea just how big he is (137 pounds or so). One of my other pups puts his toys in my backpack to take to work. He's taking care of me, figuring that I'll need a good chew ring while I'm at work. He's a dear.

6. This guy:

Yes, he looks soft and cuddly and lazy in the photo. But there's this thing he does: If he feels he's being ignored, he squeals at me and flings himself at my torso so I have to catch him. Then he purrs while I carry him around.

10. My husky keeps daytrading
I tell him a longer-term, diversified portfolio is the way to go. But he just won't listen.

So I spray that lemon stinky stuff on the mouse. That'll learn him. :D
