I just happened to look out my sliding glass door, only to observe this: Suddenly, I didn't care if I got wet!

The first one shows a double rainbow -- very nice!

My husband and I were married outside of Denver in June and it poured buckets all day long and there were even whirlwinds. This was an outdoor wedding, mind you. Well, just a little while before the ceremony started, the rain stopped and I swear there were not one but three rainbows visible! A good omen indeed. That was 10 1/2 years and two kids ago ...

36. Lucky you - but you are right. It doesn't suffice for rainbows

to appear - we must also notice them :)

For me the small things in nature - dew drops, beetle's wings, untold shedes of green in the smallest patch of weeds - are a great solace.
