20. That depends on who's looking at it

You can set your monitor to show a certain number of pixels x certain other number. How many you can see will depend on each person's settings, on their end. Generally, 450x600 or 600x800 is a good bet that everyone will be able to see it comfortably. In photobucket, I usually size down most of my pics by 50%, then look at them again on my own screen to see if they fit ok. (you can do that by resizing, then clicking on the pic in photobucket so that it opens up the pic into its own screen).
