Ow. I think I hurt my knee really bad....
I worked out for a while on our stair-stepper last night (about 50 minutes). Afterwards, my right knee started to hurt bad. I went to my piano lesson, and my knee still hurt. I got home. My knee hurt. To make matters worse, I slammed it in a door by mistake.

Any advice? The pain has gotten to a point where I'm walking with a very noticeable limp.

3. Is it swollen? Does it hurt on the inside or outside?
could be you just strained it by working out too hard. In that case wrap it up and treat with ice therapy. http://www.baptistonline.org/health/library/spor3341.asp

If it feels something on the inside is catching.. you should go to a doctor if it doesn't go away.

Either way, baby it for a while and take care!

7. All I did last night was reach down to turn the shower water off...
...and snapped something in my back. Still sore and stiff today.

8. Advice? See your doctor!
Chances are it's nothing, but knee injuries are nothing to laugh at.
