I always feel guilty about waking up at 3 PM

Like I missed out on the whole day, whether or not I really had anything to do. I knew last night when I couldn't sleep that I would be waking up in the afternoon sometime. It always makes me feel like such a slacker. :)

the Olympics have me off schedule. Been staying up late watching them etc. I better get back in my groove though. Soon. :)

Pisses off everybody in the house when I start stirring at that ungodly hour.

By 3PM, I am exhausted and looking for a dark corner to fall asleep...

I'm rarely on a regular schedule. Good thing I'm a bachelor, I only have my younger brother to deal with and he has weird sleeping patterns as well.
