1. Ms. Smith is going to Washington
the Supreme Court actually.

Her ta-tas will be titillating the supreme court as they hear her case about her ex-husband's will

2. I saw that
But when I turned around to watch the story, I was shocked at how different her face looks. Not bad, just not her even with weight loss.

4. I actually like her
She grew up trailer trash and could now be worth millions. If her case did not have merit, I don't think it would have gone before the Supreme Court. I am usually a pretty catty female, ie. Britney Spears and Jessica Simpson absolutely make me gag. But good for Anna Nicole. She obviously made the old duffer happy. As far as her looks, I should be so lucky!

16. I agree w/ you 100%.
He wasn't senile, he knew what picking up a girl in a strip bar meant.

Also, she does have a son from a previous relationship. I'm sure she'll use some of the money to make sure he is set for life.

7. She was a hooker and deserves to get paid dammit!
The guy was happy, and he made preparations to pay for her services...and then the courts said no :)

9. No, his greedy son hired a lawyer to destroy the will
where he left her half of his fortune. I blame the son in this case. Anna made the old man happy in his final years. He wasn't stupid.

12. Oh really? then why are they at the Supreme Court?
the will that names the son as the sole heir is thought to be fake.

18. from the article:
"But a federal bankruptcy judge in California ruled in favor of Smith and awarded her $474 million because of her claims the son had interfered with the inheritance she was supposed to receive."

which is what I was saying. one court ruled for her, the other for the son, and the SC is deciding which one should have final say.

19. ON second review
(this is why I'm not in the Supreme Court)

She was paid for services rendered - she wasn't mentioned in the will, and the john bestowed upon her gifts equalling 6-8 Million.
