Question about "Uncle Buck" and "Breakfast Club"...
Is the high school in these two films one and the same? Sure looks that way to me. And since the two films share the same director and location, I think it's likely.

Anyone know for sure?

1. Maybe.
I would have to watch Uncle Buck to tell you but it is possible. The School from Breakfast Club is about five miles away from me. I'll get back to you.

2. Thanks. Uncle Buck is on USA right now.
Almost over, however. Very good film. John Candy is great, boy do I miss him.

3. Yes
Glenbrook North in Northbrook, IL I think. John Hughes went there. GNHS was definately used in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off".

4. The Breakfast Club was filmed at Des Plaines HS in IL
I know this because my first colleger roommate graduated from there, and that's
all I heard about for at least a month (well it was 1988). I couldn't tell you
about Uncle Buck because I have never seen it. Hope this helps!

:hi:
