Here in America we barbeque them on an alder plank after a long marination in garlic, ginger and pineapple juice! YUMMAH!

Except down South, where they bread babies in cornflakes and fry them! :9

6. Not mushy peas
They are only ever eaten in the north (like where billy lives), Bath and Wells is in the south where mere mention of mushy peas strikes fear deep into the heart of the strongest and most heroic of men.
