1. ~*~SWEET LEAF~*~
Edited on Tue Mar-21-06 08:40 PM by jus_the_facts
:headbang: :smoke: :headbang:

Alright now!!
Won’t you listen?

When I first met you, didn’t realize
I can’t forget you, for your suprize
You introduced me, to my mind
And left me wanting, you and your kind

I love you, oh you know it

My life was empty forever on a down
Until you took me, showed me around
My life is free now, my life is clear
I love you sweet leaf, though you can’t hear

Come on now, try it out

Straight people don’t know, what your about
They put you down and shut you out
You gave to me a new belief
And soon the world will love you sweet leaf

8. It's either Sweet Leaf or Fairies Wear Boots
Back when metal bands knew how to play fucking metal, and not this sissified garbage shit with assinine vocal sent through the fuzzbox and guitarists that couldn't come up with a riff if their assholes were on fire, that they play today.

SABBATH ARE GODS!

2. I picked Paranoid. My husband picked, without hesitation, War Pigs.
His second choice was Paranoid, though, and then Sabbath Bloody Sabbath.

4. Sabbath Bloody Sabbath is my personal favorite...
...one of Tony Iommi's best riffs, and easily one of the most powerful Ozzy performances, especially on the lines:

"Nobody will ever let you know
When you ask the reasons why
They just tell you that you’re on your own
Fill your head all full of lies"

5. Under the Sun
Well I don't want no Jesus freak to tell me what it's all about
No black magician telling me to get my soul out
Don't believe in violence, I don't even believe in peace
I've opened the door and my mind has been released

Well I don't want no preacher telling me about the god in the sky
No I don't want no one to tell me where I'm gonna go when I die
I wanna live my life, I don't want people telling me what to do
I just believe in myself, 'cause no one else is true

Every day just comes and goes
Life is one big overdose
People try to ruin me
And I can't see through their frustration

People riding their real pace
Keep on running their rat race
The ante is risen once a week
In their world of make-believe

So believe what I tell you, it's the only way to fight in the end
Just believe in yourself, you know you really shouldn't have to pretend
Don't let those empty people try and interfere with your mind
Just live your life and leave them all behind
