Help! I just had the nightmare of all dreams!
I just took a nap and had a dream that I had sex with my boss. He is an older man but in flawless physical condition and very pleasing on the eyes in an aging Harrison Ford kind of way. We have an excellent working relationship and he is a great person. The dream was graphic and seemed real down to the last erotic detail. Actually, I hate to admit it was quite enjoyable, but ewwwww! Now I have to go and look at him at work tomorrow and try not to think about it. I'm actually embarrassed and almost feel guilty. Damn daylight savings time! I never take naps during the day but the time change threw my sleep pattern off LOL. Heeeeeeeeeeeeelp!

1. You think that's bad?
I had a dream last night that my, uh, member fell off when I was pleasuring myself. I guess the psychologists call that castration anxiety or something. Who knows what lurks in the dark recesses of the mind?

2. I prefer to see dreams like that in terms of their energy in the big pic.
Beyond admitting your attraction, I'd say that, in that dream, each of you represents *your* male and female aspects/ energies. Given that, the dream would be about accepting, even exalting, the union of those aspects. Very powerful and integrating "meditation." Viewing dreams that way bypasses our projections we bring to the presenting circumstances (the seeming plot) which, as per this case, removes the dissonance between what happened and your normal morality.

8. The gift moves on.
I've always benefitted from seeing dreams like that. It's kept me out of the storm and stress of the presenting circumstances and I've been able to integrate the energy without any cognitive dissonance. I'm glad you took in what I said.

7. That's not a nightmare.
What you've described is a semi-embarrassing little sub-conscious burp.

A nightmare is dreaming that you're stranded on a sandbar in a bay, in the middle of the night, in waist-deep water. With Great Whites coming at you from six sides. And oh, just to make things worse-there's a sixty-foot Megalodon cruising in from the ocean, jaws already wide open and ready to swallow you whole.

Don't you talk to me about nightmares.
