relaxing instead of going to my office where I *should* be (and will be later)
my mom is improving and I (thankfully) had a cortisone injection in my back which helped although that and the stress from my mom caused my blood pressure to go through the roof..fortunately sleep, a hot chocolate, my dog's smile and a relaxation cd got it to go back down

You should definitely relax, it'll do you some good. I've decided to not go into work today, too, even though I probably should. I'm not motivated enough, plus my bathroom needs cleaning. And I have to put my laundry away. And it's raining outside and I don't feel like waiting for the bus. And it's almost time for supper. And my cats need attention. (insert another lame excuse here)
