6. What area? Why are you asking?
Are you going on a road trip and want to know where to eat?
What's your route, people might know some really good places along the way.

5. Most health food stores (NOT vitamin stores!) have
food counters and sell salads, sandwiches, soups, and the like.

If you're really stuck, there's always supermarket yogurt.

9. Small start up in a trendy area first..with limited menu
get a following first..

There used to be a place here, but it closed pretty fast..

They had great food though :(

homemade chicken salad..homemade soups..fresh salads w/ homemade dressings...herb teas..

the problem, is that people are in too much of a hurry to linger over meals, and prefer to juggle cellphones & burgers while they drive.
