I like to go to coffee shops with it.

Except that when I go to Panera they sometimes get crowds of old people and many of them stare at me while I use it.

3. Yes.

As long as it doesn't block you from getting online. Use the firewall and virus software. Also, make sure it isn't set to be an open network. You don't need strangers using your connection.
