The GOP always cuts government services - even in 1920 it seems
In June of 1920, the US Post Office Department ruled that children may not be sent by parcel post.

Now there is a Government service I miss.

1. Woodrow Wilson was still President in June of 1920, though--
Harding didn't get elected until that November.

2. Damn - don't confuse the issue with facts - besides his wife was
running things and I believe she was under the control of GOP influences!

In any case, I miss the service!
