This one may be a little darker

Halfway through his daily briefing, President Bush notices that his Secretary of State seems a little glum and distracted.

"Sorry," she says. "I need a mammogram."

"No problem," says the president, and he takes out pencil and paper. Ten minutes go by. "Condi Rice," he declares at last. "How about Cider Icon?"
