Get a load of these instructions on a diet pill product:
(I'll put up a screengrab later)

"Take 4 tablets per day: 2 in the morning, 1 at midday, and 1 in the evening (suggested minimum serving 3 per day/maximum 6 per day), with 8 ounces of water per serving.

Each serving contains approximately 200 mg of caffeine, equivalent to two cups of coffee. If you are sensitive to caffeine, we recommend you do not exceed 3 tablets per day. Results may vary based on individual effort and other factors."

They say to take 4 per day, and then warn afterwards not to take more than 3. Okey dokey... :eyes:

2. I think they want you to never sleep again...
so that you can fill that 8 hours you spent every night sleeping with cardio. My heart would literally jump out of my chest if I took that much, and I'm really not that sensitive to caffeine

3. No kidding! When I was high school I used to take sleep meds
at night, then I'd take No-Doz when I got up in the morning, because the sleep stuff made it impossible to wake up. I remember sitting in "World Challenges" class, trying to take notes while my hands shook so bad that it looked like I was convulsing from the elbows down. Good times... good times..

4. Those pep pills always remind me of Saved By The Bell
the episode where Jessie(I think) was taking them for something or other and she had a classic bad-acting "freak out". It was one of the most poorly acted scenes in TV history, which is what makes it so great
