5. Not per se...
He makes fun of phony talk show hosts, at least that's the impression I get.

2. False
The 700 Club is the worst show ever.

(Jiminy Glick has made me laugh, though I haven't seen any episodes this year.)

3. I..
I have to confess..

I despised it at first. I thought it was the unfunniest thing I had ever seen.

Then I accidently saw it one or two times and it grew on me.

I won't go out of my way to watch it..\

By the same token though, if it comes on and there is nothing better on...

4. False. Not Genius, but there is SOO much worse.
No worse than Garry Shandling's show. And waaayyy better than any of the reality dreck on TV nowadays.

I wish there were a "Carol Burnett Show" for our time...

9. Glick is great
Glick is a parody of all the horrific "entertainment journalists" who clog up America's airwaves. Sometimes the satire is so subtle and deft that most viewers just won't get it, or think it's funny, unless they have a personal, inside knowledge of how Hollywood works. For those of us who know: It's REAL funny.

The worst show ever was, in fact, "Small Wonder," about the robot designed to look like a little girl.

15. Nothing, my friend...nothing is worse than "The Chevy Chase Show"
Chevy's mercifully brief foray into talk shows.

That show gave new meaning to the word "hideous".

14. "Jiminy Glick" is just plain hilarious!
I love "Jiminy Glick". It's laugh out loud funny.

From Jiminy himself...to Michael McKean as the bandleader Adrian Van Voorhees, to Mrs. Gathercoal (again Martin Short) in the audience...

The guests (a classic one was Jiminy's interviews with Steve Martin and Jason Alexander). To the commerical parodies.

"Jiminy Glick"...along with "Reno 911!"...are the two best, funniest shows on Comedy Central.

16. Assuming Martin Short Had Any Funny To Lose.....
Hear that ringing? It's the alarm on Martin Short's 15-minutes-of-fame clock.

17. False.
I've never been a Martin Short fan ... until now. His Jiminy Glick has me laughing out loud. I'm a fan of well done physical comedy, and when he fidgets around the chair and falls off, I love it. His interviews are hysterical. I like the show.

I am a Jiminy Glick fan. He cracks me up. I love his bowls of candy and the creepy harp player Adrian.

19. false . . .
I'm no fan and don't watch it, but it can't possibly be as bad as Howard Stern . . . or Joe Millonaire . . . or about a thousand others I could think of if I wanted to expend some mental energy . . . but I don't . . .
