I got a wierd message when I tried to access a site.

When I clicked on a link that was supposed to get me to the film "Massacre in Massar" I got the following message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /en/files/ac130-gunship-afghanistan.wmv on this server.

Apache/1.3.28 Server at www.factsofisrael.com Port 80

Any body know what it means?

2. Ah. Error code 403.

Your ISP/domain is blocked from accessing the site. You could try e-mailing the webmaster of the site and inquiring about the block to see if you can get it removed.

3. It's not sinister...

it just means that they have a security protection on the file or directory. In many cases it's just an administrative error by the webmaster.
