4. Used to be around 75/76BPM. Mind you, I had uncontrollable anxiety
at the time.

The anxiety is under control...

3. Usually 118/70, but when I took the pulse reading, it was 145/89
Is that bad?

8. Not really unless it stays that way.
120/70 is the preferred for an adult. Don't panic, BP can jump around, even eating a heavy meal can jack it. If your morning BP is routinely around 120/70, with that pulse, you'll live forever.

9. Is it preferable to check in the morning or evening?
In order to make a graph to help my doctor out, consistency is best. But if mornings are better than evenings, I will definitely switch times.

After (3 mins after to be precise): 152/65, pulse 68

7. You can check your pulse yourself.
Put two fingers on your inner wrist or neck right under the jawbone and just count the beats in a minute.

the blood donor center tells me they see better BP in coma patients. And please, don't any of you DUers ask me if I am calm person or I WILL kick your ass
