Our boys are both gone now, but I think about them every day. I wonder what they were thinking when we foisted this little bit on them:

1. Those are a couple of great looking dogs!

I'm no animal psychic, but I'll bet they were thinking "OK, a couple more minutes of this and we'll get extra servings of treats! Damn, these big monkeys have strange ideas about fun; all this wide-open running-space and they want to fool around with clothing. Why the heck do they wear this crap in the first place? OK, humor them, humor them..."

5. They were unbelievably sweet :) Boomer is in the white shirt, he left

us in July of 2004. Alinak in July of this year.

7. alinak looks just like my old boy sport.

i lost him a few years ago -- and i miss him so much every damn day.

he lived to be over 15 -- he and went through cancer together -- and he got it again later.

huskies are wonderful aren't they?

9. Yes, they are. I couldn't imagine having anything but a husky or malamute

as a friend snymore.
