I'll...I'll...I'll... I have no idea what I'll do but it will be bad.

Somebody in the RNC should tell the guy he isn't doing himself any favors by letting us listen to his "devoid of all emotion or even human quality" voice. :argh:

3. Can't wait for the debates
I couldn't agree more, MrsGrumpy. That's all the more reason why the upcoming debates will be such a positive for Granholm. She is energetic and inspiring both in person and on camera, whereas DeVos is just an automaton full of administation talking points. I'd be all for daily debates, as every minute that DeVos spends in the public eye is another vote for Granholm.

4. me too!
I can't believe somebody talked him into the "excitement on every page" ad. :eyes:

His campaign is so very obvious. The Amway commercials coming out, the "Granholm is attacking me" before she even put her first ad out there...

... an appearance in public by him surely equals a few thousand votes for her. :hi:

The debates could go very well for Granholm.

7. If Detroit kicks out the vote, Granholm and Stabenow will win
I think Detroit will kick out the vote, because AA is on the ballot. I do think the voters will overwhelmingly reject Affirmative Action state-wide, but I also think that the issue being on the ballot ensures a large turnout in Detroit and other big cities.

9. Isn't DeVos the guy who runs the Amway scam?
If he is, i'm surprised he's doing so well.

10. Funny story about that
A few weeks ago, the polls had he and Granholm virtually tied. He started running ads for his company (which he changed the name from Amway to Alticor several years ago)using the name Amway. It has several employees talking about how Amway is such a great place to work, they sell Michigan-made products all over the world, etc.

Since the Amway ad came out, his numbers have started to sink.

As someone who grew up in Grand Rapids, this is my comment on Amway's products. My dad sold janitor supplies and Amway was one of his largest accounts. Yeah, their products are so bad they don't even use them in their own factory.
