2. Yep. In some states you can record your own conversation
but not third parties. In some you have to tell the caller he's being recorded. See if your secretary of state has state code (laws) online and you can look it up. Ours does.
6. Depends on if it's a one-party or two-party state
If it's a one party state..then only one party speaking on the phone has to know..two party both have to be informed. I learned about it working for an electronics store and you'd be surprised how many people need to record phone calls.
