Does the handicapped parking sign apply to dogs?
There was a handicapped sign at a dog park I visited recently. Well, I'm not handicapped but my 14 year old dog has severe arthritis. I've never seen a handicapped person at a dog park, ever. So I parked, just once, in the handicapped spot, so my dog wouldn't have to walk so far to get into the park. He's way too big to be carried.

Am I terrible?

Should I have been ticketed?

3. No I can't. He's over 60 pounds.
I can lift him from point A to point B but I can't carry him more than a few steps- too heavy for me.

2. You have to have a medical justification and your Dr has to fill out
the appropriate paperwork with the DMV.

It sweet of you to try to make life easier for your dog, but what you did is definitely illegal.
