My book arrived today!

I'm signed up for a Creative Writing class at UCLA's Extension....

And today my book arrived!

I am so jazzed.......finally I will learn how to write more coherently!

5. 40 bucks? Heck that's a bargain! You should have bought two!

My wife gets her textbooks digitally and we get smacked for 80 bucks for each one. I need to surf half.com to get mine since mine are all real paper books.

BTW, you have such a great attitude, I'm sure you could teach that class a thing or two at least.

7. Usually by message board. Trust me, you haven't see anything as far

as textbook costs. You can easily drop 400-500 for books taking three to four classes. I've had some books that were 150 bucks each by themselves. It's a huge racket (sp?)

My husband takes classes too, and he's all over it on book pricing and things like that...

9. I don't know. My wife LOVES the online format. Myself, I need to be sittin

in a classroom. I just can't focus if I'm at home. I took a few online classes, but 95% has been in class.
