honestly anyone here watch Cops?

I watch it when there is nothing interesting on, ive heard a few on DU call it one of those "fear mongering" shows, dosn't scare me none, cause im not as stupid as half the people you see on cops

also i watch it when me and my girlfriend need a little "background noise" *wink* *wink*

3. I watch it from time to time

just to see places I've been to before...I especially like the Sacramento, KC cops programs...and the one I saw in Alaska was weird.

Unless you're e.e. cummings or James Joyce, punctuation and grammar count. I automatically edit writing like yours in my head and it's a pain. Why would you intentionally leave it out? There's no good reason.

I only got called out on it once. It was quite humorous, as it was with someone very indignant about my language, while protesting furiously, at the same time, that she was not offended. She was just watching out for me, in case I offended somebody other than her. Everyone else seemed okay with my choice of language.

From what I have seen, it could never be daily fare.
It's propaganda. "Look at these nice guys!", it says. I've seldom been witness in reality to the personality types depicted on COPS.
I would love to see the unedited versions; the language, the clubs, the harrassment, etc. I'd kill myself if the only options were COPS and Dog & Beth!

I kind of cringe when I see those women on there who don't want their s.o.'s arrested for dv because I've actually been in those shoes too...kind of embarassing. It bothers me when people judge them because I never thought I would end up in that situation but I have, I could have been on a classic cops episode in that respect.
