20. how do you know? If you have never had one?
I recommend a pedi and a mani for anyone...perhaps not as often for men. They are wonderful things for the spirit. Treat yourself sometime, take your wife and treat her, too!! Just try it....or not:shrug:

but, I bet if you tried it, you would like it:P

34. Can I smoke and drink while getting them?
If not, I probably wouldn't enjoy it.

For spirit rejuvnenation I rely on things like 50 mile bike rides or 15 mile hikes; things I highly recommend if you haven't tried them

wine, champagne whatever...I am sure there are places where you can smoke...and of course there are many ways to soothe your soul. I am not into bikes...prefer horseback riding. But, I am all about some hiking!!

its really not a big deal...it just feels good and I think good for you....

4. I'll confess this much...
Right after I shave, I put Noxzema skin cream all over my face, leave it on for about 5 minutes then rinse it off. It's better than any man's aftershave - leaves a tingly, clean, stimulated feeling and makes my skin look healthy and clean. I do this right after shaving, about every 2 days.

I also have, at certain times of the year, let the guy who cuts my hair bleach it a little bit. In the summer, the sun makes my hair blonder naturally and I like the way it looks. In the winter, the hairdresser sometimes puts a cap on me, and pokes holes through it, and pulls out dozens of small tufts of hair on the top. It hurts when he does that. Then he mixes up a bleach cream which is light blue in color. He puts it on the hair that he pulled through and makes me wait about a half hour for it to work. Then he washes my hair, and when it's all done and dry, it has that "summer look." It looks completely natural, not like a "bleach job" at all. He only does this starting around Thanksgiving and through the middle of spring. The rest of the year, the sun naturally gives it those same blond highlights. He's highly skilled with color, in fact he also does my Mom's hair, and she's 88, he dyes it brown and most people think she's in her late 60s.

Does this make me metrosexual? I don't care much about what clothes I wear, I just throw something on.

5. well, I am going to say YES not so much because of what you
done but, the fact that you can go into such detail about it. That tells me that you ARE aware of yourself and conscious of your appearance and as a female I want to let you know how much I appreciate this fact. Most men are slobs...

11. Well I'm gay, so I guess that makes a difference. Most gay men are way too
concerned with their appearance, and I'm probably not enough. I should pay much more attention to my clothes and car and all the little details that gay men worry about, but I just don't. I dress for comfort, not appearance. But I do try to look healthy and clean whenever I venture out of the house. I think "healthiness" is very attractive.

12. I thought so. My gaydar went off when you were able to go
into so much detail. Still and all as a member of the human race I appreciate you doing your part to beautify the world...as for the others I think there is happy medium no matter what gender you are...some people are just way to into themselves:shrug:

16. A lot of gay men spend just as much time manicuring themselves as
women typically do - they spend a lot of time and energy working on their appearance down to the last detail. Strangely, though, I have met gay guys who thought I was more attractive for being not so manicured and precisely groomed to the point where every hair is exactly in place. One guy I know greatly prefers seeing me unshaven, the kind of scruffy look of not having shaved that day is appealing to them because it's more manly than the manicured, perfect Ken Doll look. I think I look like a homeless person if I don't shave, but some gay men find it very masculine and therefore attractive. I often try to emulate Clark Gable, in terms of his self-assured, self-confident personality - nothing could upset him and nobody could pull anything over on him. He just radiated self-confidence.

15. I have had a manicure and pedicure but it's a story.
I was at Disneyland with friends (Ick, that's another story) and I was in a lot of pain from all the standing and walking. I desperately needed a massage to control the pain.

The spa would only take me if I purchased a package which contained a whole bunch of extra pampering I really didn't need. So I bought the package.

I had to convince them that I didn't want a light relaxing massage. I wanted a deep, serious, theraputic massage. A light massage wouldnt' do anything for me. I would barely feel it. So they had to ask around and exactly one of their spa massage therapists had experience with deep tissue work.

While they were finding someone who could work on me, I was sitting in another room getting a manicure and pedicure.
:P

32. Ahhh...Deep Tissue Massage.
There is truly nothing like it. My wife and I used to get massages from a guy who would bring his table to our house. He was built like a body builder and had the strength to do a great deep tissue massage.

I've had massages from petite women that were much more pleasant to look at (maybe not for my wife) but they lacked the upper body strength to really make a difference.

35. While that is usually true
the best deep tissue massage I ever received was from a tiny old puerto rican woman. Damn that woman beat me up!

Still, if I get the chance I definitley go for the big muscular guy. It's much more likely that he'll be able to handle sustained deep tissue work.

21. Massage, Manicure & Pedicure - Yes
No to the rest. And yes, I am a straight male. My wife and I have enjoyed all of these things together.

The manicure and pedicure I could take or leave. A good massage I'll take any time I can get.
