There has to be someone armed in a school, whether the teacher or a security guard. It seems utterly wrong that the easiest place for a freaking psycho to act out his sick fantasies is in a school. We arm our banks with enough firepower to stop an elephant, but we send our children to school in unprotected buildings like sitting ducks.

And no, I'm not kidding.
