I got a new job. This has been one heckuva week.

Thank God I got a new job. My current job has gone from bad to worse . . .

My new house is so beautiful. The best part - we have a pool now. That is the one thing we wanted more than anything. We did have to leave Palm Beach County - Oh Well. The prices are too high here. So we trekked on up to St Lucie County. Much nicer . . .

2. check zillow.com for the market value of the property you're

interested in. It's reasonably accurate and gives you a price per square foot, which is great because you won't overpay.

I'm lucky in that I'm knee-deep in the title industry, and I'm surrounded by closers, realtors, agents and lawyers, so I have a pile of resources to help me out.

My interest is in the acreage right now. Got lots of animals to consider. Funny how they come before me in these matters, eh?

5. I know what you mean. Many times our needs come WAY

before our 'little' ones.

We're re-doing our backyard and our biggest concern is the puppy and the 6yo dachshund I figure we humans can deal with just about anything.
