:hi: LaraMN and every other DUer in Minnesota!

Unfortunately, I'll only be here 'til 3PM tomorrow.

Fortunately, I'll be out of here before the snow flies Wednesday :scared:

1. And I was there two weeks ago!!
A friend got married in the Twin Cities, but I all did was fly in, go to the wedding, and fly home. Didn't even get to stay for the reception, as I was too much busy.

But a few months ago I got to meet up with some of the MN wonderful when I was flying through - had a great time!

5. Did you have to go through O'Hare????
I was surprised a month ago when someone who attended the same party I did up in Michigan was able to fly directly from Dallas to Grand Rapids, MI. Thought she might have to change planes here and would end up on the same flight as me. Drat, since she was a delightful person.

Anyway, it kinda surprised me that there were flights from Texas to Midwestern destinations that did not go through O'Hare.

6. If she came from DFW she must have been on American
Their big hub.

I had to change planes there, originating from Houston (40 minute flight):eyes:

7. She did come from DFW....
Most of the Grand Rapids flights were to points in the Midwest. My return flight went to Chicago continued on to LaGuardia. You'd think they'd have a direct flight to New York.

11. Hey, it is 80 in central Ohio today, storms moving in so there will be
tornado warnings to match last week, and then BAMMO, from 80 degrees to a high of 40 something Friday with flurries, lows Friday evening into Saturday AM of 29 degrees.

Early early EARLY here to be this cold and for a killing frost.

14. Hey, you!
If it snows tomorrow, I will be certifiably disgruntled.
Enjoying our foliage, or are you far enough north (as I am) that a good many of the leaves are gone, already?
