I am coming there on Wednesday for a conference. What is the best way to get from O'Hare to the Palmer House?

1. Take the Blue line directly from O'Hare to the Monroe stop downtown.

Just follow the signs that say "trains to city."

You're going to end up just a few blocks from where I have some of my classes. :D

2. The el

You get on the Blue Line inside the airport and it will drop you a few blocks from your hotel. Get off at Jackson. (This assumes you don't have a lot of luggage).

Unless you are leaving the airport b/w 10 am and 1 pm it is faster than a taxi.
