(in stages) starting in the 1880's. Picture was taken from about half way up Adams Peak looking pretty much due south across I-10.

Oh, I just knew someone would ask! It's the restaurant on the corner of Man Beach Blvd. and that last alley before the Strand..on the south side of the street.....

And I do not remember the name! I've never eaten there before, and it was pretty good.......maybe even very good!

It has a nice view of the Pier, where we walked afterwards........
