2. I'm SOOOOOOOOO lucky.
This interview was an afterthought. I went to it grudgingly after my third interview at the place I knew would hire me. After I left my new employer after that first interview, I told the headhunter, "get them to make me an offer anywhere near the other firm's, and I'll take it."

Really. I know what it means to hate jobs and struggle to make yourself go in. It's been a while, like, actually ten years, since I had a job I didn't have to force myself to go to.

Congrats to you. Hope it continues to be a great job and that you get to stay there as long as you wish.
