2. Mine was the Pixie Puppet Theater. I was about 6 or 7.
I've searched high and low for a picture of it, but can't find one. It was this stage-type setup, with puppets made of pipe cleaners and little styrofoamish heads. Damn I loved that thing!

3. That's easy. One year my grandparents got me a HUGE
box of mixes for my Easy-Bake oven... there were maybe forty or fifty different little packages inside. I was nine, I think.

8. It was like a tape recorder
where you would put in discs with pictures of y0ur favorite sports stars and it would play their biggest plays as done by some of the best names in sports radio at the time (Johnny Most (John Havlichick), Chuck Hearns (Jerry West) among others.)

12. Actually it was an entire Christmas
I was 9 and had finally gotten over the trauma of my parents divorcing when I was 7. My mom and I had moved into a cute little house after a hellish period in some awful apartments. She went the extra mile and set up a tiny tree in my room while I was asleep, with small presents under it. It snowed overnight so we had a white Christmas. And I got some of the greatest presents that year, including a fancy alarm clock that I think my mom still uses, and a nightgown that looked like a medieval dress so I used to play princess in it (this was way before all those fancy Disney princess costumes were so readily available). There were other presents, like Mousetrap and Battleship, I wanted as well. It was just a great Christmas all 'round.

14. When I was about 6. 1970 or so.

I loved those things, for a lot of reasons. I listened to music non-stop as a kid so I figured out that I could wrap a rubber band around the "talk" button on one of my walkie talkies and take the other one in the yard. The first Ipod I think..lol. My father found out and made me stop because it was not legal, but I just waited until he left for work. :)
