ATTN: WWE fans...email this Republican Superstar...
Those of you who watch WWE Wrestling, check out this article John Layfield, aka "Bradshaw," wrote and email him. Here's a little of what he wrote in his latest commentary on WWE.com:

*snip*

"Poor Howard Dean, and poor, stupid Al Gore. Al Gore couldn’t pick a one-horse race; he sure picked the wrong horse in this one. Maybe together Dean and Gore could invent the Confederate Internet. Not as if George W. needed any help, but this just assured him of getting reelected.

As good a politician as Bill Clinton was, and he was great, Al Gore is just as bad. How can you lose an election as the incumbent when you have just had the greatest eight years of economic expansion in history? I will tell you how: He is a complete moron.

Joe Lieberman, in my opinion, is the most qualified Democratic candidate, and his buddy Al Gore just cut his legs out from under him. That tells you a lot about Al."

*snip*

Head on over to www.wwe.com to see the commentary, or click here. He's inviting anyone to email him with any questions, so if you have any, give him a buzz. He'll answer him in his next commentary.

I gave him my two cents.

Just thought I'd like to share this.

1. They pander to the simpletons
Of course wrestling fans favor Bush, so wrestlers will, too. They are uneducated dolts (present company excepted, of course). So, the simple answer is always the right one for them. I say this as a former fan (finally crossed the stupid threshhold for me). What the hell is the "Confederate Internet," by the way?

2. Exactly...
I emailed him and told him he should NOT be giving out his political views because there's so many guys my age who watch these guys wrestle every week, and when the superstar gives out his/her political ideas, the fans will think the superstar's views are right.

This pissed me off. I'm considering never watching wrestling again.

3. Well, if the fans think they're right . . .
They are hopeless anyway. I go back to the era of Bobo Brazil, the Sheik and Lord Athol Layton. Believe me, even as a kid then, I didn't take my politics from them. Enjoy!

5. "The Ultimate Warrior" (from the old WWF days) is also a Republisham
He actually made it onto C-SPAN once -- am I the only one who saw it?

I remember us laughing at his steroid-induced white nipples in his wrasslin' days.
