I had laparoscopic surgery today.
and boy am I glad I did.

I have been in pain for over 1 year and they finally found what was wrong with me.

Now all those peeps at work can shove it up their ass. You know the ones who think you're faking it. I guess I can understand it a bit, I was complaining and sick for almost a full year.

And to all those doctors who made me feel guilty for needing pain pills and did nothing for me until this doctor today.

I feel better already, chronic pain is debilitating and can begin to take over your life.

I am glad to be on the road to recovery. I hope it lasts forever. I may need one more surgery, but I really feel I am on the way.

2. Thank you very much.
I hurt cause of the surgery, but I can tell that things that have been hooked together have become unhooked.

So now I'm recovering from the surgery, it hurts a bit, but I am on cloud nine that they finally figured out what it was that was causing me so much trouble.

thanks for the hugs

3. Good for you!
I had some endometriosis zapped off with a laser lap many years ago, and I felt much better. In fact, I had rosy cheeks afterwards for the first time in years!

.
mine wasn't endometriosis.

My fallopian tube was attached to something, I don't know what, and my ovary was twisting in the wind, that's what my doc said.

One of the worst things is knowing that people get aggravated with you or don't necessarily believe you, or get tired of you, because all you can do is think about your terrible pain.

I understand it, but when the docs started to refuse me pain meds, I almost lost it.

Well now they can all know that I was not a drug seeker, but a patient in need of help. That makes me feel the best actually.
