Can anyone help a fellow DU'er?

I see that some people have pics in their sig. I found a picture that I would like to put in mine, however its too big and I don't know how to convert it to a jpg or whatever to fit into the sig space. I appreciate if anyone would lend a hand.

When you say you "found" a pic, do you mean that
you found it on the WWWeb somewhere, or do you actually
HAVE it with you, physically? Cuz it's A LOT easier if
you answer "web"!

3. Are you using a Photobucket or Photodump account?

I had the same problem, and I had to manually re-size my picture

4. do you have Paint?

open the image in paint, then go to image > attributes, and change the size. save as jpg, and upload it into photobucket or whatever you use

if you are unsure of what to do, PM me the pic and i'll resize it for you

5. It's Pretty Easy

Open the image in Photoshop, select "image size" and enter the desired parameters.
