Already snowing in Central VA
Ground is semi-covered, sticking to roads a bit. GREAT. I just got to work 45 minutes ago.

1. it snowed once when I was stationed in Norfolk.
they pretty much shut the naval base down that day. I think it snowed an inch.

I grew up in Maine so this was all amusing to me.

3. We're actually supposed to get a decent amount of snow
And, alot of ice. I grew up in NJ, so snow doesn't bother me, but the way most of the people around here drive in it does! And, ice just sucks.

How was your weekend, man?

4. my weekend was busy. How was yours?
Like I need to ask. :P :hi:

I hated missing the march in DC, though. I usually don't miss those. :(

We maybe lounged around, talked, watched TV, and... errr.... stuff.

2. Here in NC
about 10 miles east of Raleigh, it has started to flake a bit. My employer (IBM) is in RTP, close to Durham. I'll be going to work but I'll probably return home before the freezing rain begins. Snow is not a problem to me, but ice is a totally different story.

Be safe everyone!

6. Started snowing here about 15 minutes ago.
Sticking to the grass, not the roads yet. Ugh. And the teenagers have been in school for an hour already.

Every other school district around here is closed. Ugh.
