2. That is wrong. We wash our cat but cuddle her, keep her calm.
Intentionally spraying a cat while locked in a box is very wrong.

23. I know! I *enjoy* baths but if someone locked me in a room and started filling
it with jets of water I'd be terrified too. It doesn't take much to gently bathe your cat. I've done it many times and never had any blood drawn. My cats don't love it, but they don't get nearly as traumatized at that poor thing. That was awful.

3. OMG that's so funny, horrible to the cat, but funny as hell
I noticed they didn't show the part where they opened the spa after the kitty soaking - I'd have to wear an armor suit to pull that thing out

8. Oh so finding unsuspecting packages is hilarious to you
It's easy enough to laugh when you're not actually living in Boston and wondering what the hell is going on and why is the entire city shut down.

9. No, "finding" something that has been there for 2 wks, then not giving info to public
not being able to coordinate wtf is going on with other police departments around the country where these things are also hanging, that I consider funny after the fact. Vote republican, it is a scary world and they will keep you safe.

17. terrorized?
Sure, the cat wasn't pleased about the situation, but it wasn't being hurt any more than it would have being washed by hand. That machine sure looks like a good idea, I still bear scars from washing one of my cats over a year ago.

22. Yes, terrorized. Watch the cat freak out and laugh! You think it wasn't terrorized?
My cats don't do this when I wash them by hand. They don't like it but they don't jump and scream and claw to get away. Good thing it didn't have a heart attack.

25. My cats have never once freaked out that bad when I bathed them. I won't say
they were pleased about the bath but they didn't react like *that* or even close.

When I bathe my cat I hold him and I slowly fill the water in the sink so it's just a few inches high and allow him to get used to it. I give him catnip so he associates it with good things. Then I carefully bathe him and keep talking to him in soothing tones. He complains a little bit but he doesn't even one tenth as traumatized as that cat got in this video. He's never scratched or bitten me when I do this because, while he doesn't enjoy it, he doesn't think his life is in danger.

If someone locked me in a room and started filling it with water I'd be terrified too, and I enjoy baths.

10. This is not funny.
When we had the big flood of 2001 here in Houston, one of our yard cats was trapped under the house.

I was outside when the poor cat jumped out of the water when it came from under the house.

This poor cat was so scared.

She let me wrap her in towel and hold her, she never let anyone hold her before.

The cat took a long time to return to normal, no this video is not funny.
