3. Click on the 'options' tab near the top of the browser window...

Now click on 'edit your profile' on the left.

Scroll down to the bottom where it reads 'signature' - there is a field box on the right.

You can put the http address of the pic there.

If you have a photobucket account, you can host the pic there and copy the url reference from there.
