1. I like the concept of Sliders better.
Although most of the episodes I saw were later ones, and thus, absolute shit.

3. Anything beyond season 2 of 'Sliders' is begging for disappointment...
And for 'disappointment' read 'utter shite'.

Seasons 1 and 2 are great; 1 has more fun ideas at work, but 2 has a smooth dramatic flow (and whose ideas are usually good, but some are iffy. But season 2 has the best-ever episodes "Invasion" and "Post-Traumatic Slide Syndrome".

5. totally different concepts and shouldn't be compared
although to be fair sliders jumped the shark in a way quantum leap didn't.
