13. You know...I really don't think I would get

..claustrophobic there...not as long as I had the ocean as my playground. It's just a matter of being able to afford it-- comfortably. There are so many people just struggling to survive there...working 2 or 3 jobs...then they leave the islands broke. That is what I'm trying to avoid.

...even in Kauai...but only for the ultra-wealthy. Even a small shack...up in the hills...now costs $900,000.USD The only property I could afford *might* be on Oahu...but I don't want to live there.
