I wonder if it's worth it.
Maybe for those in apartments?
I just thought it looked cool.

6. My mom goes back to work tomorrow , she is doing half days for a while :)
Everything is good. I am in my new place. I have been here for a month. My mom is driving and everything - she is out and about but she knows when not to over do it. We talk everyday on the phone and etc. It seems like everything that happened , happened years ago when it was only this past Decemeber.

7. Wow. Overpriced, IMO.
I mean, it's "designer" looking, so if that matters to you, it might be worth it, but you can pick up some grow lights at your local head shop, some pots and topsoil and seed at your local garden store, and get fresh greens for way, way, less, if that's your goal. But, true, it will NOT look that cute.

9. for $150, you could easily make something that "cute"...

and for $150, i'd expect it to grow me an ounce of some high-grade hemp.

8. It looks interesting...
Seems like an expensive novelty item at 150 bucks..

But hey, I love to garden. If I had the money to waste I would try it out.. I just see it as something that would be used once or twice then stored in the closet never to be seen again.

Also the lack of variety of the seed sets leave me a little apprehensive. Id be a lot more enthused if they sold blank seed domes so I could experiment on my own...

I think its a good sign this technology is finally making its way into the mainstream and would be interested to see if this grows 5-10 years from now... grows... heh heh...:)

Till then, Im happy with my peat pots, heat lamps, and spending about a half hour a day in my plant room..

10. The problem with indoor gardening is the chance of having
the DEA knocking down your door.

12. I had a friend who nearly lost his farm due to some
wild hemp growing on his property. Hemp was a legal crop in this area and a lot of it went native. It's all over the place.

The local government would loved the proceeds of the sale of his prime 650 acres, but he was too well known, and too well liked so they had to back off.
