1. Where in the world did you get that? I MUST have one. I lived in Fargo for many years.
Do you have a link or a pic to share?

Would love to see it.

2. I bought it years ago, when the movie came out.
It has Marge kneeling in the snow next the dead body and a turned over car in the background.

It also has a large sign in the background with Fargo on it.

I just love it.

I don't know where you would get one now.

13. When did you live in Fargo?
Did you go to Moo U? I went to a small private high school (Cardinal Muench) in Fargo in the early eighties. I love Fargo. Now I'm displaced to Packerland :scared:

19. On and off during the earlly 80's and then during the early 90's.
Lived all over Fargo....North Broadway, up by the sewer plant (very cheap rent...LOL), downtown next to St Lukes, over in Moorhead, next to the railroad tracks.

I remember Cardinal Muench but I'm not sure if it is still open?

20. Sewer plant on Broadway
I remember it well. It was an awful smell and also the turning point for a 2-mile run during track from Cardinal Muench. Second only in smell to the east winds that gave us the beet plant.

Muench isn't open as a full-functioning high school anymore, though they still have high school students that live there and get religious formation but attend Shanley for school. I am a long way from the person I was during seminary days, but it is still a good source of memories and it got me out of the rural hell I grew up in--much better school than the public school I went to, also.

9. Mine came in a collectors box, the box was damaged during one of many moves.
I know how much I could sell it for if the box was in good shape.

I could buy my new camera with the money.

10. Oh Well
wonder with a damaged box what it is worth, or does the box being damaged ruin it's value completely like say, hallmark ornaments.

What kind of camera would you get?

11. The box was thrashed, it was lucky the snow globe is OK.
I have my eye on a Cannon SLR, one is on sale now with two lenses.

It is calling to me, but the camera cost to much right now.

I am looking for some more things to sale, and I will then buy the camera.

I have some great stuff put away, some one of kind things.

I will buy the camera but not now.

15. Sounds cool, Cannon SLR
you sell a lot of things on e-bay?

I know some people who have quit their jobs and do nothing but go out to garage sales and then sell stuff on e-bay.

16. I am learning right now.
I have a friend who does this, I go with her to the flea markets and yard sales.

People sale some great stuff for just a few dollars.

She makes good money.

My hope is by next year, I won't have to worry about money.

barely squeezed out of subzero temps today by a degree or two after, if memory serves, 67 hours of below zero readings...
the thing is, i just got back from Texas, where 54F seemed balmy.
can I come stay with you until April?

18. I will have to check with my housemates.
This year has be cooler then normal.

Right now it is 46 which doesn't sound very cold compared to ya'll temps but down here that is cold.

We have had temps in the 30's and 40's most of the time.

Today's high was 61 and I was hot, summer is going to be rough.
